Before launching my private practice, I worked for 5 years at a private mental health agency, Affiliated Mental Health Services, in downtown Seattle. There, I did psychotherapy, case management services, and some supervision duties, working primarily with clients suffering from chronic and severe mental illnesses: depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety and schizophrenia.
I’m a professional member of the American Counseling Association, the Washington Mental Health Counselors Association, and of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

Prior to my work in therapy, I was the owner and principal photographer of Strong Images, Inc., an independent photography studio located in Aspen, Colorado. I specialized in commercial and editorial photography, and shot national ad campaigns for many Fortune 500 companies.
